I think that's one of the best parts of Christmas - not just getting gifts, but giving them too! I loved seeing my mom's face when she opened her presents ^^ Just knowing that my sisters and I caused that happiness to show on her face was a wonderful Christmas for me! ^^
I hope you're having a nice relaxing time on your holiday break as well

Unfortunately my family is always kind of in this pseudo bad mood for Christmas, maybe because I'm cranky when I don't get enough sleep and I dunno lol, we all appreciate each other and everything but we're all making fun of each other all the time xD. But yeah, the break is going great, can't wait to spend all my Christmas money

Q_o I say! That above statement is most definitely true!
The snow is... invisible X3 We haven't had any at all - it always comes as ice or something else around January. Yay for power outages!!

I've had bad experiences with invisible snow. Or rather, black ice. >_<
Last year we had a BAJILLION power outages during the winter season.

Owww, did it do any damage?
I know, and it takes forever for the power companies to fix them X.x;

Oddly enough, though, I now live in Wisconsin where we get a lot of snow in the winter, and we've had no major cold-related troubles. o_O
Our power outages usually only last a few seconds, though apparently I slept through a big one last year. Our outages aren't as much caused by the snow, though, as they are by Super Wal-Mart. These past 3 years we've gotten a new plaza full of large stores like Super Wal-Mart and Lowes and Best Buy, and despite how they are helpful we occasionally get power outages in the winter thanks to them. >.<

And Wisconsin is right next to a lake, isn't it? Shouldn't you always get snow there?
Oh yeah, having huge stores sucking all the electricity out of everything else would be a pain X3
